The fats and oils eaten by ordinary people mostly use simple refined vegetable oils, which have high acid value, large impurities, a lot of oily smoke, and contain impurities that are harmful to human health. Mr. Lee, who realized his responsibility to quickly improved the technical level of fat and protein processing technology, produced high-quality fat and protein products, and provided high-quality fat and protein products to the Chinese people.

To produce high-quality oil and protein products, it is necessary to have high-level process technology and high-level equipment. Where does the technology come from? learn! Under the leadership of Mr. Lee, the OCEAN technical team visited the world’s most advanced oils & fats processing companies, went deep into the front line of production, explored and discovered technical difficulties and key points, invested all energy and funds in the development of new processes and technologies, combined with consumption in the Chinese market. Get used to creating products that adapt to the Chinese market.

At that time, At that time, all the advanced equipment needed in China were imported from abroad. We have overcome difficulties, researched and developed ourselves. After several years of hard work by the OCEAN technical team and domestic supporting manufacturers, finally, the first domestically produced automatic full-continuous oil refining production line in China was born, which suddenly shortened the gap between China's oil refining technology and equipment and foreign countries. It laid the foundation for the technology and equipment of OCEAN to catch up with the world's advanced level.

At that time, the industrial equipment technology system was very impoverished, and only very expensive foreign equipment could be purchased. As a result, we could never learn the core technology of oil refining. Seeing that the technical equipment for the domestic oil refining environment is highly dependent on imports, but the oil products still cannot meet the needs of the people for cooking in the domestic market, Mr.lee made up his mind to change.
