Zhengzhou Ocean is established in 2005, aiming to be the leader of integrated oils & fats service provider worldwide. After 16 years hard work, we are still determined to move forward on this road, and awarded the recognition and praise from state-owned enterprises.

Here we Introduce 5 steps of how we improve energy consumption to make us more and more competitve.

It will update weekly and today we are going on the first one:
 

Using oil to heat technology and control temperature strictly, we always keep a low energy consumption.
 

Temperature is the most important influencing factor in the oil refining reaction, and different oil making sections require strict temperature control. In general, oil seeds contain a large amount of protein and sugar (carbohydrates) in addition to a high amount of fat. However, unstable or high temperatures could reduce the nutritional value of the nutrients amino acids and sugars in the food and produce toxic components.

We modified and improved the traditional refining process and equipment, and selected the most suitable processing process for different oils. That also make us become a benchmark in oils & fats industry, which including:
1. To preserve the vitamin E and sterols in the oil, control the content of glycidyl ester (≤ 50mg/kg), 3-chloropropanol ester content (≤ 2μg/kg) (EU) as much as possible;
2. Reduce the amount of auxiliary materials and contact of auxiliary materials to the oil;
3. Reduce energy consumption;
4. Improve the finished oil oxidation Stability, control the increment of trans acid and the degree of oil re-color;
Improve the refining yield.

We make full use of energy-saving and heat exchange within degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization sections, accurately grasp the temperature technical index of each step.

We successfully avoid the hidden dangers in the project by using of the 16 years experience in oils & fats field projects, and ensure stable production operation and high standard of finished oil quality.
Our “oil to heat technology” accurately exchange between refined high-temperature oil and unrefined low-temperature oil, which has already helped oil companies reduce more than 65% energy consumption.

The “energy-saving heat exchanger”, our patent technology which is independent developed by our R&D team, not only is a perfect replacement for the traditional post-gas lifting equipment, but more economical in terms of floor space, and reducing the cost of civil construction investment as well. What’s more, It is even better in energy saving and consumption reduction.
