Waste Heat Recovery in Workshop-wide
We pay more attention to cost control of production. Energy saving is the key point. In our real cases, we have
already significantly saving the steam and electricity for our clients.
During daily production, enery saving is achived by heat exchange. Only a small amount of steam obtain
could realize the heat exchange.
Process:
1. The dedorized oil exchange heat with bleached oil firstly;
2. Then oil-oil exchange with bleaching oil;
3. Refining system energy saving
Heating required up to △t = 20℃ only, the rest of heat are the recovery heat utilization.
