What's Pretreatment?

According to the different varieties of oil and oil production process, the selected pretreatment process and method also different. The purpose is remove imputities and make the material with certain structural properties to meet the requirements of different oil extraction processes.

In oil production process, oil pretreatment has an important impact on the effectiveness of palm oil production. The impact is not only in improving the speed and depth of oil production by improving the structural properties of the oil, and influnecing the quality of the product and by-products by acting on the various components of the oil as well.
