Sunflower seeds, rapeseeds, cottonseeds, camellia seeds, soybeans, and corn germs are used for oil extraction.
The oil extraction process includes four sections: extraction process, DTDC process, mixed oil evaporation process, solvent condensation process, and exhaust gas recovery process.
During the extraction process, a solvent like hexane is used to extract the oil from the seeds. Then the DTDC process uses vibration to remove the residue oil on the surface of the product and improve the quality of the oil. The mixed oil evaporation process condenses the oil through high- temperature heating. The solvent condensation process removes the remaining solvents and pollutants in the oil through heating and low- pressure distillation. After that, the final step, the exhaust gas recovery process re-condenses the residual solvent in the exhaust gas by cooling; and the recycled solvents are recycled to the extraction process.
